Each session is a personal experience, allowing stored tension, emotions, and patterns held in the body to gently surface and resolve, leaving clients feeling more grounded, clear, and restored.
Sessions are guided using a method known as Continuous Connected Breathing, a rhythmic and meditative breath pattern that can lead to deep relaxation, insight, and emotional processing. A full in-person session includes intention setting, guidance on the breathing technique, a 60-minute supported breathing journey with music, and time for integration and reflection afterward.
